PR = Journalism? It does on Google
Dan Gillmor points to the recently criticized Andrew Orlowski's very accurate point in a new column: Google treats press releases as news items, which is decidedly bad for seekers of the truth. This is nothing new, yet we should always be reminded and keep this equivalence between press releases and journalism in mind when reading on the Web.
