Frank Quattrone, superbanker, arrested

The man who brought you Amazon.com and Netscape's IPOs is arrested on a variety of charges related to obstructing the investigation of his deals. Bankers have always been secretive, but those practices are going to be undone by these investigations and investors are not going to be happy to find what we find. And bankers are going to hate living in the open, yet that's where the world is headed: transparency by information technology.
