Bushies -- Who Do You People Think You Are?

I was amazed when, in this latest conference, Bush said things like:
1. "That's a trick question. I won't answer that."
2. "You're not invited to lunch" (in response to another question).
The arrogance and disdain on display is breathtaking, and makes me laugh out loud in fright.
